The goal of this project is to scale to monumental proportions. Our long term aim is not just to be “another cryptocurrency”, but to scale to become a global alternative to our currently crumbling FIAT system, where people’s purchasing power is decreasing every year.

We will not just be a currency, but an entire decentralized finance ecosystem that continues to progressively grow and adapt over time.

What About Hex?

The implementation of certificates of deposit by Hex were revolutionary in the crypto space. It was, and still is, likely the best implementation of high-interest time-deposits to date.

However, we are all aware of multiple issues with Hex, from the distribution of the AA ETH to the upcoming effects of their BigPayDay and the recycling of ETH in their AA lobby.

We believe that to achieve mass adoption, we need a fresh slate, to not be pegged to any preconceived notions of Hex, and to also not be pegged to the success or failure of the original Hex.

The main utility of calling ourselves Hex2X was to be able to onboard people of similar interest in the certificate of deposit space and to give this project an initial boost of momentum out of the starting gate.

We now have locked in the initial starting gate launch, and the freeclaim is still set to occur on mainnet. Understanding that we will tap into the Hex userbase regardless, the name Hex2X has become a liability on both the legal side and on the mass adoption side.

It’s time for us to expand.

REBRAND ROADMAP

The rebrand will take full effect on mainnet.

Hex2T will be our token ticker until mainnet where we transition to the ticker AXION.

The idea of a rebrand was brought to the whale group as a proposal, and the vote was unsurprisingly a 100% unanimous yes.

As Hex2X we have consistent headaches from CMC and coingecko on listing marketcaps or prices, because of our affiliation with Hex.
That’s a microcosm of what we could have expected in the future. This will all change for the better.

Now, the world is ours. A new chapter begins as Axion steps into it’s full potential as a complete DeFi ecosystem centered around a scalable global currency that rewards those who participate in the ecosystem.

There has never been a sustainable currency, FIAT or crypto, where purchasing power and wealth can increase so dramatically for the people by just being involved.
In addition, this rebrand has opened up the door for MANY exchange listing conversations.
The devs are in talks with FOUR exchanges in the top 50 on coingecko’s list.
We may even get Hex2T listed and then get a free swap when we port to Axion mainnet. I’ll keep everyone updated on that!

Daily, we’d discuss updates, news, upcoming projects and speculate on the future. The group was teeming with high quality content. Naturally, the public began to notice, quickly growing CI into one of the largest and most engaged crypto groups in the world.

Today the intention of this group remains the same: To be a community where investors come to learn and share insights on the fundamental technology, present utility, and upcoming potential of crypto.

Over the years CI has grown into something much larger than solely this group, into a community of over two million investors.
